    Greetings from Malabar,Position Title: Maintenance ExecutiveLocation: 4CJ85R9, Maheshwaram, Telangana 501359Employment Type: Full-TimeShift: Flexible to work in shiftsWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Executive with expertise in plumbing and sanitaryware maintenance. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the proper functionality of plumbing systems and other related maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular maintenance and repair work on plumbing systems, including PVC, UPVC, CPVC, PP, HDPE, and PPR pipelines.
    • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair sanitaryware systems and fixtures.
    • Plan and execute plumbing installations and modifications as required.
    Qualifications and Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2years of experience in plumbing and sanitaryware maintenance.Work Conditions: Flexible to work in shifts.Skills:
    • Expertise in handling various piping systems (PVC, UPVC, CPVC, PP, HDPE, PPR).
    • Strong knowledge of sanitaryware installation and repair.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings related to plumbing systems.
