Lead factory cafeteria operations, maintain hygiene, and enhance food service efficiencyJob Title: Senior Executive Factory CafeteriaDepartment: Food Services / Facility ManagementLocation: 4CJ82Q, Maheshwaram, Telangana 501359Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:Oversee all aspects of cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service delivery, and waste management.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, including food procurement, labor management, and energy consumption.Employee Satisfaction: Monitor employee feedback and implement measures to improve the dining experience and enhance employee morale.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cafeteria staff, ensuring they are competent and motivated.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the cafeteria budget, forecast food demand, and track expenses.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with food suppliers, ensuring quality, price, and reliability.Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve cafeteria operations, such as introducing new menu items, implementing technology, or enhancing service quality.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.Communication: Act as a liaison between the cafeteria and other departments within the factory, addressing concerns and providing information.Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: Diploma/Bachelors in Hotel Management or related field or Graduation.
    • Experience: 5 years of experience in industrial food service and cafeteria management.
    • Skills: Leadership, cost management, vendor negotiation, and hygiene compliance.
