Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Manager at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for varied and complex client portfolios. Drawing on your existing experience in Corporate Secretarial and Company law, you will handle funds and corporate entities including trusts and companies. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading board and shareholders meetings, and supporting young team members. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business improvements and work towards your long-term career goals within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative and legal formalities for client portfolios, including funds and corporate entities- Build strong customer relationships with stakeholders and deliver customer-centric solutions- Ensure compliance with regulations and meet KYC obligations by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining client files- Lead board and shareholders meetings, review related minutes, agreements, and documentation- Support young team members and review their work- Contribute to business improvements and share valuable insights- Provide support and opportunities for team members to achieve their career goalsQualifications Required:- Minimum Masters degree in Corporate/Company Law and qualified CS, conversant with AML-CFT Laws- 8 to 10 years of legal/Corporate Secretary experience in the financial sector with 2-3 years of people management experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills and mature judgment- Client-focused, organized, and accurateCompany Details:IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory, and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide.
