MuleSoft Integration Engineer

Job Description

In this role at AVEVA, you will be responsible for creating software that is trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies. Your key responsibilities will include:- Creating reusable artifacts, standards, templates, guidelines, and patterns for other team members to use.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and designs, and translating them into applications in MuleSoft.- Designing and developing applications using RAML, event-driven APIs, REST APIs, batch jobs, and API-led methodology.- Building complex transformations using DataWeave and developing unit test cases for the APIs.- Enhancing, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing applications in MuleSoft.- Documenting application design, interface specifications, and deployment strategies.- Working closely with internal teams on escalated technical issues and enhancement changes/new features.- Promoting and evangelizing MuleSoft C4E across the organization.In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have:- 3 years of experience in developing and supporting MuleSoft integrations.- Good understanding of MuleSoft deployment/physical architecture (On-Prem, on Cloud, and Hybrid).- Experience in developing APIs and API management on the MuleSoft platform.- Understanding of MuleSoft DevOps support and capabilities.- Working knowledge of establishing DevOps tools and processes on the MuleSoft platform.- Ability to define MuleSoft design and development best practices, testing guides, etc.- Hands-on development experience with MuleSoft integrations.- Experience with Mule administration, configuration, and tuning.- Implementation experience with Mule API management portal or another framework.- Knowledge of security, logging, auditing, policy management, performance monitoring, and KPIs.- Building MuleSoft APIs with WSDL, XSD, REST, and SOAP web-services, and knowledge of JSON, XML transformations.- Preferably, MuleSoft COE/C4E experience and experience with Salesforce integrations.- Experience integrating with Oracle, SAP, WorkDay, Azure DB, etc.- Preferred certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD), MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA), or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA).Additionally, AVEVA offers benefits specific to India, including gratuity, medical and accidental insurance, attractive leave entitlement, childcare support, education assistance program, well-being support, and more.
