Job Description

    As an Officer 2 in Operations Compliance Services at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for handling low to moderate complexity AML/KYC and FATCA matters with moderate supervision. Your role will involve executing standard compliance activities independently while developing a deeper understanding of regulatory requirements and risk assessment procedures.**Core Responsibilities:**- Execute standard AML/KYC processes- Perform basic risk assessments- Maintain regulatory documentation- Support client communication- Monitor compliance requirements- Process FATCA/CRS documentation- Ensure data accuracy and completeness**Key Tasks:**- Review KYC documentation for completeness- Process standard investor onboarding files- Monitor compliance deadlines- Validate FATCA classifications- Verify GIINs against IRS records- Prepare regulatory reports- Maintain tracking systems- Handle routine client queries- Process periodic reviews- Document compliance findings- Follow escalation procedures**Qualifications:****Educational Background:**- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field**Professional Experience:**- 12 years of experience in AML/KYC processing or compliance roles**Skills And Key Behaviours:**In addition to upholding IQ-EQs Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative), you are expected to demonstrate the following:- Familiarity with risk assessment and regulatory documentation standards- Competence in managing FATCA/CRS documentation- Proficiency in using compliance databases and tools- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines- Proactivity and self-motivation with a commitment to quality- Collaboration and team orientationAt IQ-EQ, sustainability is integral to the business strategy and operations.
