Job Description

As an Oracle PL/SQL Developer at this company, your role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL code to support critical business workflows and financial analysis functions. You will collaborate closely with RJ managers, Financial Analysts, and auditors to design and implement review, control, and audit functionalities. Your responsibilities also include leading and contributing to solutions that ensure data integrity, compliance, and transparent reporting for audit and certification requirements. Additionally, you will support the creation and maintenance of control frameworks in line with standards set by potential auditor and certification bodies.In this role, you will work effectively within an Agile SDLC to deliver features incrementally and adapt quickly to changing requirements. You will coordinate with a team of 5 members to ensure timely delivery and quality adherence of assigned modules and ETL jobs, leveraging Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) as needed. Furthermore, you will facilitate pre-sales activities, validate solutions, and ensure technical alignment with compliance needs.
