Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for providing independent on-site technical support for the installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, robotic, and automated systems in Hyderabad. As an OSS Engineer, you will be expected to have strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance, experience in robotics & automation systems, and the ability to troubleshoot various system faults.Key Responsibilities:- Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, along with knowledge in CPK & GRR for SPM machines.- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic, automated, and electromechanical equipment.- Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical assemblies, wiring, control systems, motors, drives, and sensors.- Maintain equipment such as motors, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, and robotic arms.- Ensure proper wiring, cable routing, electrical panel checks, and compliance with safety protocols.- Conduct calibration, alignment, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments to enhance equipment performance.- Support robotic installation, tooling changes, and provide basic programming assistance when needed.- Maintain accurate service logs, inspection checklists, and maintenance reports.- Collaborate with customer teams for efficient service execution and high equipment uptime.- Follow SOPs, maintenance procedures, and EHS guidelines strictly.- Provide guidance or support to junior technicians as required.Qualification Required:- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Robotics, or Automation.- Diploma Holders: 3 to 9 years of experience, BE Graduates: 2 to 9 years of experience.Additional Details:Candidates with maintenance experience from other industries such as Auto Components Manufacturing, Automobile Industry, Assembly Line Operations, Facility Maintenance, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or any maintenance-related field with strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills are encouraged to apply.Note: Kindly share your CV/Resume via Email to the specified contacts mentioned in the job description.
