Job Description

As a Lead System Architect with at least 10 years of experience in working with Pega, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- **Certification**: You must be certified as a Lead System Architect (CLSA) in Pega version 7.x or 8.x, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in this role.- **Technical Expertise**: You should have proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using the latest Pega versions like 8.x and/or Infinity. Knowledge of advanced concepts such as Low Code No Code, Constellation, Process Fabric, Containerization, Externalization, App Studio, Gen AI, and Knowledge Buddy is essential.- **Core Knowledge**: Deep understanding of key Pega capabilities including case management, data management, integrations, security, and system administration is required.- **Performance and Optimization**: Advanced skills in performance tuning, application monitoring, and database management are crucial.- **User Interface Expertise**: You should possess strong knowledge of Pegas UI architectures and the ability to recommend the best fit for various business needs.- **Mentorship**: Experience in mentoring and coaching junior architects and developers, focusing on best practices, design patterns, and Pega methodologies.- **Collaboration**: Working closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to comprehend needs, manage expectations, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals is necessary.- **Process and Problem-Solving Skills**: Proficiency in Agile and DevOps practices with strengths in problem-solving, change management, and adaptability is expected.In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have the following nice-to-have skills:- **Industry Experience**: Practical experience with Pega industry frameworks such as Customer Service, Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, and Sales Automation.- **UI/UX Knowledge**: Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Angular, Vue, along with a strong foundation in HTML 5 / Node JS.- **Cloud Expertise**: Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and relevant certifications would be advantageous.- **Versatile Skills**: Background in pre-sales, infrastructure management, or other programming languages is highly valuable.- **Client Interaction**: Comfortable and experienced in client-facing roles.- **Center of Excellence (CoE) Setup**: Experience in setting up and governing Centers of Excellence (CoEs).This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
