Role Overview:You are a Principal AI Engineer based in the Hyderabad office. As a high-performing Senior Software Development Engineer, you will not only excel in coding but also enhance engineering velocity through automation, AI, and scalable design. Your responsibilities include owning the end-to-end delivery of complex modules, influencing technical decisions, and mentoring junior developers.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend or full-stack services using Python, Java, and React.- Architect and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs with reusable and modular design.- Drive AI-powered development workflows by utilizing LLMs for code generation, testing, documentation, and diagnostics.- Lead technical reviews, performance enhancements, and CI/CD automation initiatives.- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.- Guide junior engineers through mentorship and code quality best practices.Qualifications Required:- 46 years of hands-on development experience in Python, Java, or React.- Strong expertise in API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Copilot, LLMs, and automation frameworks.- Experience in owning features from design to deployment.Company Details:Cornerstone powers organizations and individuals to thrive in a dynamic environment.
