Role Overview:Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is a global organization comprising over 6,000 strategic sellers, industry and security experts, elite engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. Together with partners, the team helps Microsofts strategic customers worldwide address specific challenges by providing comprehensive and industry-specific solutions tailored to their unique needs. ISD focuses on innovation, delivering value throughout customers digital and AI transformation journey with cutting-edge solutions powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI.Key Responsibilities:- Manages solution deliveries, secures necessary resources, and ensures successful customer contract delivery from envisioning to cloud consumption and usage- Leads steering committee meetings with strategic customers to track delivery progress- Supports consumption activities, identifies consumption gaps, and drives consumption by removing blockers- Collaborates with Sales on contract setup, compliance, and execution- Supports strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery alignment- Researches and shares intellectual property, enforces IP reuse, and encourages knowledge sharing- Engages with senior stakeholders internally and externally, manages escalated situations, and drives customer satisfaction- Drives project initiation, leads contracting process, and supports pre-sales activities- Develops detailed project management plans, establishes clear expectations, and monitors project metrics- Orchestrates risk management, ensures quality deliverables, and manages project finances- Drives project closure, shares lessons learned, and supports knowledge sharing across teams- Demonstrates financial accountability, identifies business growth opportunities, and drives incremental business on top of existing projects- Looks for opportunities to maximize cloud consumption and accelerates deliveryQualification Required:- Bachelors Degree in related field AND 5 years experience in project management OR equivalent experience- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification- 6 years financial management experience- Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification- Certification in relevant industryNote: This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
