By joining this team, you will contribute to impactful innovations that affect billions globally.Responsibilities:- **Account Delivery Management**: Drive and maintain customer obligations, contribute to consumption activities, and hold accountability for consumption project delivery forecasts. Lead or participate in steering committee meetings.- **Relationship Development**: Manage customer expectations, address feedback, and resolve escalations to drive high customer satisfaction.- **Presales & Contracting**: Contribute to presales on medium complexity projects, assist in developing initial estimates and contracts, and facilitate contracting for customers and partner resources.- **Planning**: Develop project management plans for medium complexity projects, establish clear expectations, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.- **Monitoring & Controlling**: Manage project financials, proactively handle risks and issues, apply quality management and change control techniques, and drive KPI attainment.- **Initiation & Closure**: Drive initiation for medium complexity projects, align resources, and ensure timely project closure for customer invoicing and delivery acceptance.- **AI-Driven Project Management**: Lead and manage projects using AI-powered tools to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.- **Promote AI Adoption**: Foster a culture of AI adoption within project teams and customers, ensuring responsible use of AI technologies.- **Leverage Data Insights**: Use data analytics and AI insights to inform project decisions and optimize processes.Qualifications:- **Bachelors Degree** in a related field AND **12 years experience** in project management OR equivalent experience- **Experience** managing projects involving cloud, AI, or automation solutions- **AI literacy** and experience with AI-powered tools or platforms in project delivery- **Experience** with packaged business solutions, low code platforms, and Microsoft 365- **Demonstrated** adaptability to emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives- **Project Management Professional (PMP)** certification- **6 years financial management experience**- **Agile certification** or Scrum Master certification- Basic **AI certification** (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals)- The position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with ongoing applications accepted until filled.(Note: Omitted any additional details of the company not directly related to the job description) Role Overview:Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery is a global organization comprising strategic sellers, industry and security experts, engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists.
