Product Manager for Business Intelligence

Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Business Intelligence and Benchmarking team at RealPage, you will play a crucial role in translating the Product Vision into actionable requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, Development, and QA teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. You will be in charge of requirements gathering, documentation, backlog management, and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.**Primary Responsibilities:**- Drive requirements gathering activities with a focus on measurable benefits and value-added outcomes- Define business cases and translate product management strategies into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria- Create wireframes, mockups, and business requirements documents- Act as the voice of the customer to technical teams and stakeholders- Present requirements to evaluate feasibility, determine effort levels, and obtain sign-off- Create release notes, serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams- Establish release goals as part of quarterly Roadmap and PI Planning- Drive projects, track milestone dates, and deliver updates to leadership- Escalate problem management issues and investigate client reports- Maintain tickets and agile boards, participate in backlog refinement activities- Review stories for acceptance, participate in release demos, and provide supervision to junior team members**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytical, Communications, Technology, or related field- 7 years of progressive BA experience with data analytics and data software commercial SaaS solutions- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and data analysis experience- Knowledge of data architecture, modeling, governance, ETL, APIs, and software development methodologies- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong interpersonal and presentation skills- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, ability to navigate complex issues and influence cross-functional teams- Solid organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work independently, and as part of a teamAs an ideal candidate, you will set the example for product ownership, be an effective communicator, and motivate the team towards achieving organizational growth.
