As the BI platform Product Owner at TransUnion, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the capabilities of our OneTru BI platform and tools. Your role will involve understanding user requirements from different regions, analyzing gaps in our BI implementation, and collaborating with the engineering team to bridge those gaps. You will also lead the migration efforts to BI solutions and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and enhance capabilities of the OneTru BI platform and tools- Understand and connect user requirements across different regions- Analyze gaps in current implementations and collaborate with engineering to develop solutions- Lead migration efforts to BI solutions for a seamless transition- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions that drive business value- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for BI capabilities aligned with business goals- Stay updated with the latest BI trends and technologies- Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of BI toolsQualifications Required:- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a product owner, ideally focused on BI platforms- Strong understanding of Tableau/Superset and core BI capabilities- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into actionable plans- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Experience in leading migration projects for seamless transitions- Knowledge of the latest BI trends and technologies- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyIn this role, you will align platform strategy with execution, prioritize user story backlog, create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, act as a liaison between development team and stakeholders, and champion agile practices across the product team. You will leverage your experience in data analytics and machine learning to work closely with scrum teams and ensure prioritization and alignment.Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week.
