As an Implementation Manager at HighRadius in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for managing and delivering consulting projects to Fortune 1000 Customers. You will own client engagements and execute these projects in parallel until closure. Your role will involve creating project plans, implementing them, and delivering on time with high quality, value, and customer delight. This highly visible and complex role will require you to be the primary point of contact, working with executives and users across the entire organization, and on multiple accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of projects and clients in parallel from Fortune 1000 companies and across geographies.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, clients, and account managers.- Plan for a quarter ahead and develop an execution plan for projects and people in the team.- Monitor and track projects to ensure the scope is delivered within budget and schedule per plan.- Align with the recommended processes to ensure 100% quality delivery with quality documentation.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors or Masters Degree (preferably from a top reputed university), with Project Management certification.- Overall 10-15 years of professional services experience.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services set-up.- Experience in leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle.- ERP implementation experience is mandatory.HighRadius offers a competitive salary and a fun-filled work culture, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in project management within a leading cloud-based Autonomous Software provider for the Office of the CFO.
