As a Project Management professional at Sai Life Sciences, your role involves leading and coordinating various aspects of project delivery. You will be responsible for initiating projects on time, creating and updating project schedules, managing project budgets, and ensuring seamless communication among cross-functional teams. Your primary duties will include:- Initiating projects promptly upon award- Developing and updating comprehensive Gantt charts for project delivery schedules- Overseeing end-to-end project management activities and monitoring schedules and budgets- Coordinating daily with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) such as PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, and Production- Maintaining a detailed action tracker for project activities- Facilitating customer interactions and technical team discussions- Reporting project status in Project Review Meetings with the Central Delivery Review Team (CDRT)- Identifying and escalating any roadblocks or potential challenges to senior management- Ensuring thorough and timely project documentation- Timely invoicing and updating finance and business development teamsIn this role, your performance will be measured based on your ability to adhere to project timelines, manage project budgets effectively, and communicate efficiently.To qualify for this position, you should have:- A degree in M.Sc. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering- Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams in areas such as PR&D, AR&D, Technology Transfer, Process Engineering, Production, or Outsourcing- PMP certification and/or MBA are desirable but not mandatory- At least 6 years of experience as a Program Manager in a reputable CDMO- Ideally, experience in API CDMO, with formulation CDMO as the next preference, and Clinical Research Organization as the least preferred backgroundKey competencies for success in this role include excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasiveness, strong interpersonal abilities, adaptability, foresight, and a good understanding of business processes.
