Project Manager SaaS Operations - Senior Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager at Charles River, you will play a crucial role in leading the process of upgrading a portfolio of clients on a yearly recurring basis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various aspects of the project, such as customer requirements sign-off, communication with key stakeholders and internal management, managing project resources, budget, and schedule.**Responsibilities:**- Utilize the Charles River Upgrade Methodology to successfully upgrade the solution in a SaaS environment, ensuring projects meet deliverable and go-live dates.- Drive effective communication related to program activity, serving as the main point of contact for the program team and establishing yourself as a partner for client stakeholders.- Establish appropriate project governance for project reviews and timely resolution of relevant issues.- Collaborate with the project team to set and manage stakeholder expectations around scope, schedule, and budget. You will also manage and communicate issues to clients and internal stakeholders, being the first level of escalation for all project issues.- Organize a team with the required skills for a successful project, providing team members with opportunities for professional growth.- Manage internal and external resources involved in the project, rallying and leading a team of professionals and customer resources.- Share lessons learned and best practices across programs and projects while building relationships with stakeholders.- Improve CRDs Upgrade methodology and build a library of standard project plans, collateral, and tools mapped to each phase of the upgrade methodology.- Evaluate and leverage collaboration technologies to tap into expertise throughout the organization.**Qualifications and Skills:**- 4 years of Project Management experience leading the implementation of financial solutions, with experience in SaaS implementation being valuable.- Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 and a strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.- 5 years of working in a SaaS environment.- Strong record of customer service with the ability to understand customer needs and build effective relationships.- Strong organizational, presentation, and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to travel to client sites as well as work remotely effectively.- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Join Charles River as a Project Manager and be part of a team that specializes in successful SaaS deployment and support worldwide, collaborating with clients to drive successful upgrades and enhance investment professional productivity.
