As a QA Playwright with API Automation (REST Assured) at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Here is a breakdown of your role, responsibilities, and qualifications:**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for QA testing using Playwright with JavaScript/Typescript, focusing on API automation with REST Assured. In case API is not used, proficiency in Java is required. You will collaborate with the team to implement CICD processes using Git and Git Lab. This position requires early joiners and offers a hybrid working model in Hyderabad with 3 days in the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- Possess 4 years of QA and Test Automation experience- Demonstrate expertise in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Rest Assured, JavaScript/Typescript, etc.- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, preferably Java (required if not in Rest API)- Strong background in API Testing and tools such as Postman, Rest Assured- Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left Testing- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with in-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels**Qualifications Required:**- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills- Effective verbal and written communication- Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach**Additional Company Details:**GlobalLogic is committed to fostering a culture of caring where people come first.
