Job Description

    Job Title: Relationship Sales Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)Location:AP_ SangareddyJob Type:Full-timeReports to:Branch managerJob Summary:We are seeking a Relationship Sales Manager to join our team and focus on driving the sales and growth of our Loan Against Property (LAP) offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored LAP solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, primarily focusing on individuals and businesses looking to leverage their property for loans.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
      • Regularly meet clients to understand their evolving financial needs and provide timely solutions.
    2. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into successful LAP applications.
      • Set and meet sales targets for the LAP product, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
      • Regularly review sales performance, strategize, and implement corrective measures to ensure target achievement.
    3. Loan Advisory & Solutions:
      • Advise clients on the best LAP options based on their financial situation, requirements, and eligibility.
      • Conduct thorough assessments of clients properties and financial status to ensure the suitability of the loan offerings.
      • Provide expert guidance on the loan application process, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other related aspects of LAP.
    4. Market Research & Lead Generation:
      • Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, direct marketing, networking, and industry events.
      • Stay up-to-date with trends in the real estate and financial markets, identifying new opportunities and emerging customer needs.
      • Maintain and update a strong pipeline of prospects and actively pursue them to close deals.
    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate closely with the credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, documentation, and compliance.
      • Work alongside the underwriting team to resolve any issues related to loan approval and facilitate quick decision-making.
    6. Sales Reporting & Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and loan applications.
      • Provide regular reports on sales progress, client feedback, and market developments to management.
      • Ensure that all client documentation and agreements comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
    7. Customer Retention:
      • Engage with existing clients to deepen relationships and increase retention, providing ongoing support and addressing any queries related to their loans.
      • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products to existing LAP clients.
    8. Compliance & Risk Management:
      • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while dealing with clients.
      • Provide timely and clear communication on legal terms, loan conditions, and associated risks.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education:Any Bachelors degree
    • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Loan Against Property (LAP) or related products.
    • In-depth knowledge of LAP products, underwriting, and the loan approval process.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business clients.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in financial institutions, banks, or NBFCs.
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property evaluation processes.
    • Fluency in Telugu is a plus, depending on the region.
