Sales Assistant - Jewellery Store

Job Description

You will be working as a Sales Assistant at Vithaldas Jewellers, a renowned jewellery store with a legacy of over 100 years. Your role will involve supporting the sales team by assisting customers with trying on jewellery, showcasing jewellery pieces, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist the Sales Executive in presenting jewellery pieces to customers.- Bring selected jewellery pieces for display from storage.- Help customers in wearing and removing jewellery with care and safety.- Maintain cleanliness and handle jewellery items properly.- Arrange jewellery displays attractively and keep them organized.- Track jewellery pieces taken out for display and securely return them after the sale.- Support in packaging and billing processes as required.- Maintain store hygiene and ensure organized counters.- Learn basic details about jewellery to assist in customer interactions when necessary.**Requirements:**- Qualification: 10th pass or Inter (12th pass).- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Telugu (basic English is a plus).- Skills & Qualities: - Good interpersonal skills and a polite, helpful attitude. - Ability to handle delicate and high-value jewellery with care. - Quick learner with eagerness to understand jewellery types and handling procedures. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Physically active, as movement within the store is necessary. - Professional and presentable appearance.If you join the team, you will receive a competitive salary along with incentives, training in jewellery handling and customer service, opportunities for career growth in the jewellery industry, employee discounts on purchases, and a friendly and professional work environment.
