Role Overview:You will be responsible for supporting process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. Your role will involve overseeing and supporting the process by reviewing daily transactions, monitoring performance parameters, and supporting the team in improving performance by providing technical support and guidance. You will also be responsible for handling technical escalations, managing and resolving technical roadblocks, and providing product support and resolution to clients.Key Responsibilities:- Review daily transactions and performance parameters- Support the team in improving performance by providing technical support and guidance- Record, track, and document all queries received, successful and unsuccessful resolutions- Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolve client queries- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting- Provide product support and resolution to clients in a professional manner- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels- Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge- Conduct trainings within products for production specialists- Identify and document common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions- Stay current with product features, changes, and updates- Participate in self-learning opportunities and maintain personal networksQualifications Required:- 5 to 10 years of experience in software test automation using Java- Strong hands-on experience in developing Frameworks from scratch/modifying frameworks- Proficiency in programming logic and problem-solving- Deep hands-on coding skills with Selenium WebDriver, BDD, JS- Experience with Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG- Good exposure to API automation- Ability to debug and provide solutions for practical problems- Strong communication skills- Experience with Selenium, Java, Postman- Relevant experience of 4 years in Selenium, manual testing, and API(Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the job description provided.)
