Job Description

As a Senior Associate Level 2 (Core Java Microservices) at Publicis Sapient, you will play a crucial role in driving and translating our clients business problems into innovative technology solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:- Responsible for programming and designing the project, collaborating with the design team and clients to create necessary artifacts.- Understanding the clients business domain, particularly in projects with Digital Business Transformation (DBT) opportunities.- Leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to collaborate closely with clients, transforming complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that drive our clients businesses forward.- Staying abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to deliver scalable and elegant solutions that align with clients business objectives.- Selecting the appropriate technology stack based on functional and non-functional requirements, client drivers, environment, and feasibility.Qualifications:- 7 to 9 years of experience in developing microservices in Spring Boot, with expertise in security, transactions, Idempotency, log tracing, distributed caching, monitoring, and containerization.- Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture, along with strong acumen in Data Structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and logical/analytical skills.- Proficiency in OOPS concepts, Design principles, Design patterns, Exception handling, Serialization/Deserialization, Immutability, Enums, Collections, Annotations, Generics, Autoboxing, etc.- Experience with Multithreading, Concurrent Package, Concurrent APIs, Java Memory Management (JMM), RDBMS or NoSQL databases, SQL queries, Message Brokers like Kafka, RESTful webservices, Spring Cloud/Spring Boot, logging frameworks, Junit test cases, Maven/Gradle, Git/SVN, and Cloud deployment/development.- Additional skills in Cloud Certification, Distributed computing, building scalable systems, and UX areas like ReactJS, NodeJS, Webflux will set you apart.Education:- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Additional Details:Publicis Sapient follows a Gender-Neutral Policy and offers benefits such as 18 paid holidays per year, generous parental leave, flexible work arrangements, and Employee Assistance Programs for wellness and well-being.
