Senior Cisco UC Engineer - Tier 4

Job Description

As a Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Cisco Unified Communications systems at our Hyderabad and Vizag locations. Your role will involve end-to-end project implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of UC environments. - Design, implement, and deploy Cisco Unified Communications systems, including UCCE with CVP and IP IVR solutions.- Manage VoIP network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.- Configure and troubleshoot call control protocols like MGCP, H.323, and SIP.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UC solutions with existing IT infrastructure.- Conduct network assessments and recommend enhancements for improved UC performance and scalability.- Provide operational support and resolve complex technical issues related to Cisco UC deployments.- Lead projects and mentor junior engineers on Cisco UC technologies.- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all UC systems and processes.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 10 years of experience designing and deploying Cisco Unified Communications solutions.- Strong expertise in Cisco UCCE with CVP and IP IVR systems.- In-depth knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols: MGCP, H.323, SIP.- Experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related components.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex UC environments.- Strong communication and project management skills.- Willingness to work in Hyderabad and Vizag locations.If you have any Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, and experience with Cisco contact center solutions and integrations, it would be considered a plus.
