Senior Manager - Data Science, Machine Learning and GenAI Technical Leader

You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Data Science & ML Solutions Leader where you will be responsible for the following:- Engaging with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex problem statements and propose value-driven Data Science & ML solutions- Providing functional & technical leadership in developing data science roadmap and guiding the team with end-to-end delivery of advanced analytical solutions- Being proactive in reaching out to a wide variety of stakeholders to increase awareness of Data Science, ML, and GenAI capabilities- Analyzing market and industry trends in technology and seeking opportunities to bring the best solutionsKey Responsibilities:- Strong analytical skills to gather information from multiple sources and identify fundamental patterns/trends in data- Conducting research, designing statistical studies, and developing solutions- Developing Story Telling dashboards for analytics to assist in decision-making- Implementing deep learning models for structured and unstructured data sets- Performing Time Series Analysis and Forecast using techniques such as ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing, VAR, etc.- Implementing GenAI solutions using industry-standard RAG models and frameworks- Developing capabilities in Text Analytics from Basic to Advanced (Topic Modelling, NLP)- Experience with AWS suite of Data Science and ML tools- Building predictive models using Machine Learning algorithms like SVM, Random Forest, Neural Network, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, K-mean Clustering, Catboost, etc.- Experience with other cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure- Understanding of Data Platforms and Data Engineering- Exposure to ChatBot solutions and Automation technologiesQualifications Required:- 7 years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelors degree, or 9 years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelors degree- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role in projects/programsIf you have a disability and need an accommodation during the application/hiring process, Qualcomm is committed to providing an accessible process.
