Job Description

As an experienced professional in the marketing function within the switchgear market, you have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies aligned with the global product strategy to achieve business objectives in the Electrification business in the Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. Your role involves implementing marketing activities, supporting the Sales organization, and driving sales and services for the respective products.Key Responsibilities:- Implement the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment by defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in line with the global strategy.- Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by monitoring progress regularly and implementing improvement plans as necessary.- Focus on achieving orders, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, and contributing to organizational growth.- Execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant divisions and/or product groups.- Develop business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.Qualifications Required:- 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing and Preparing Tendering, Bidding & Proposal of MV Switchgear (AIS / GIS).- Enhanced knowledge of medium voltage switchgear technically.- Degree in Electrical Engineering (full-time).- Proficiency in communicating in English.In this role, you will play a crucial part in running what drives the world, contributing to meaningful work that creates a real impact. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving sales efficiency through providing necessary product knowledge information and training.
