Job Description

    As a Senior Program Manager for BI/Data/AI projects, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading and overseeing the delivery of BI/Data/AI projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Maintaining project documentation such as scope, BRDs, business cases, and RAID logs.- Defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs, presenting updates to senior leadership.- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across different workstreams.- Driving stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivering executive-level presentations.- Promoting continuous improvement in delivery practices.To be considered for this role, you should have:- 6-10 years of experience in managing complex data/analytics/AI-driven projects.- Proven success in end-to-end program management.- Mandatory certification in PMP (preferred) or Prince2.- An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.Wed Love Your Input On:Category Details Needed:- Mandatory Skills: PMP/Prince2, BI tools, stakeholder management, AI-driven projects, 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in managing complex data analytics.- Alternative Skill Sets: Agile certifications, cloud data platforms.- MBA From - Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School.
