Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Coforge, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:- **Project Planning:** You will develop integrated project plans that include scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- **Team Leadership:** Leading project teams, both internal and external partners, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.- **Risk Management:** Guiding and supporting the team in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation plans for successful project delivery.- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Championing solid relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success.- **Clear Communication:** Maintaining clear and open communication channels with project partners by providing regular updates and reports.- **Scope Management:** Working closely with the business to baseline and monitor project scope and activate change requests as necessary.- **Financial Management:** Producing cost models, maintaining budgets and expenditures, and making vital adjustments to stay within budget.- **Quality Assurance:** Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.- **Governance:** Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other artefacts.- **Issue Resolution:** Identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Project Manager managing projects with large budgets and complex solutions.- Excellent leadership, communication, management, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to run effective project meetings, workshops, and forums.- Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels, including executives.- Proficiency in different project management methodologies.- Knowledge of MS Project, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and SharePoint.While having an insurance background is an asset, it is not mandatory for this role.
