Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

Role Overview:You will lead the technical and functional administration, support, maintenance, and stability of the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. This includes managing additional vendor modules and internally developed applications. You will partner closely with internal and external developers, platform management, and business stakeholders to ensure minimal business impact from standard Salesforce seasonal releases. Additionally, you will support application monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution processes in a complex environment, as well as lead the administration of all lower Salesforce environments. Your role will involve technical evaluation, installation, and configuration of managed packages, providing expert technical support to platform stakeholders, and offering feedback and recommendations on platform optimization, security, and stability.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business leaders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic goals and roadmap planning.- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies across all Salesforce environments.- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.- Lead user training initiatives and create knowledge resources to improve adoption and self-service capabilities.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system health, usage trends, and SLA adherence.- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.- Partner with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.- Collaborate within a team of other system administrators and work with internal and external developers to resolve technical issues.- Provide guidance and support for driving policies and solutions, reviewing and meeting SLAs for support tickets, tasks, and projects.- Administer non-production environments, establish appropriate standards and strategies, and lead evaluation, planning, and coordination of Salesforce seasonal releases.- Use tools and techniques to isolate, diagnose, and resolve application issues, proactively monitor production jobs, triggers, workflows, and processes, and perform regular platform assessments.- Document systems, processes, and procedures, conduct user license analysis, and act as an application expert and liaison with vendors.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.- Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred.- Advanced system administrator experience with Salesforce.- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Salesforce for Sales, marketing, and Service cloud.- Experience with integration tools and methodologies like Dell Boomi and API integrations.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to mentor junior admins, and contribute to team capability building.- Experience with managing large data sets, data management tools, and integration with external AI tools.- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong technical skills with the ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of product deployments.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Company Details:At JAGGAER, values shape everything they do - from supporting customers and collaborating with teammates to building products and fostering their culture.
