Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in leading moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Your responsibilities will include contributing to large scale planning of strategies, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domain. You will review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures, resolve issues, and lead a team to meet existing or potential new client needs. Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will lead projects, act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff**Qualifications Required:**- 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or educationIn addition to the required qualifications, the following desired qualifications are preferred:- Hands-on Expertise in C#.net, .Net Core, RESTAPI, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, Microservices and Multi-threading- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on .Net Core is required- Strong hands-on experience in SQL Server programming- Experience designing and implementing APIs, including deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP etc.- Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar, UDeploy, Blackduck, Threadfix etc.- Experience on identity and access management domain, Cybersecurity Tools- Strong understanding of secure software development standards & practices- Ability to troubleshoot code without prior exposure to the code- In-depth understanding of agile software development lifecycle- Experience with distributed processing of large data sets- Experience with issue and change management and associated tracking tools- Experience with one or more IAM technologiesIf you are looking for a challenging role where you can lead initiatives, collaborate with teams, and contribute to the success of the organization, this Senior Software Engineer position at Wells Fargo might be the right fit for you.
