As a member of the Customer Decision Hub (CDH) team at Pega, you will collaborate with talented engineers and product owners worldwide to develop highly scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. CDH team focuses on designing and implementing features on the Pega Platform, enabling businesses to integrate customer intelligence across various channels and optimize interactions with their brand. Your role will involve providing Next-Best Action recommendations in real-time, ensuring relevance and consistency across inbound, outbound, owned, and paid channels. Emphasis is placed on architecture, design, and application maturity enhancement within the team.At Pega, you will pioneer the use of GenAI capabilities to create next-generation test automation systems. You will work on AI-powered solutions that automatically generate integration tests from existing code, UX specifications, and technical documentation, running continuously on test pipelines. This opportunity allows you to work with leading GenAI technologies to solve challenging problems in software quality assurance.**Key Responsibilities:**- Build GenAI-based systems to auto-generate integration test suites from code, UX specs, and documentation- Architect AI-driven pipelines for analyzing code changes and creating workflow-aligned test cases- Develop engineering solutions for accurate, maintainable test scripts- Integrate AI-generated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution and feedback- Collaborate with development teams to extract context for high-quality test generation- Enable synthetic test data creation for comprehensive scenario coverage- Implement self-healing frameworks to auto-fix broken tests post-app changes- Define metrics to ensure AI-generated tests meet coverage and reliability standards- Innovate testing with emerging GenAI techniques for design, defect prediction, and QA- Continuously enhance the GenAI testing platform within Scrum processes**Qualifications Required:**- 4.5 to 6 years in quality engineering/test automation with hands-on framework experience- Proficiency in Selenium or Playwright, strong API and integration testing expertise- Ability to analyze workflows and specs to design GenAI-driven end-to-end test scripts- Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities- Exposure to GenAI and LLMs, eager to apply AI for test generation and maintenance- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and Jenkins automation- Expertise in API testing (Karate or similar) and automation aligned with dev velocity- Proficient in OOP, Java, XML for robust automation solutionsIf you have a proven track record in designing and building automated test frameworks or contributing to large-scale test automation initiatives, partnered with internal clients to align testing strategies with business goals, and have experience with real-time decisioning platforms like Customer Decision Hub (CDH), it would be an added advantage.Please note that the Job ID for this role is 22954.
