Job Description

As a Software Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:- Designing, developing, and delivering well-defined, scalable features aligned with specifications and quality standards.- Debugging and resolving issues across development, testing, and production environments.- Writing high-quality, reusable code and enforcing best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).- Leading team meetings, driving RFC processes, and contributing to technology improvements.- Acting as the primary on-call responder for team-managed software and ensuring a smooth production lifecycle.- Mentoring junior engineers, supporting onboarding, and providing technical guidance.- Participating in hiring efforts and leading intra-team initiatives to foster growth and innovation.In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications:- Expertise in C# fundamentals such as extension methods, access modifiers, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles including polymorphism and inheritance.- Advanced knowledge of data structures, performance optimization, and parallelism.- Proficiency in LINQ, the latest .NET Framework/.NET Core features, and multithreading (async/parallel programming).- Skills in memory management, reflection, logging, and design patterns (SOLID, Dependency Injection).- Strong understanding of secure coding, authentication, SSL, and testing including unit and performance testing.- Experience with HTTP communication, WebAPI (REST, gRPC), and database concepts such as CRUD, ACID, indexes, and isolation levels.- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, messaging systems (TIBCO, Kafka, RabbitMQ), and NoSQL (Redis).- Familiarity with diagnostic tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana for performance troubleshooting.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
