Job Description

As a Software Engineer 3 (Martech / AdTech) at Costco Wholesale India, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems. Your key responsibilities will include:- Designing and developing scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems.- Building and integrating APIs to support campaign delivery, personalization, and tracking.- Collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and performant ad & marketing experiences.- Implementing targeting and measurement capabilities using first- and third-party data.- Contributing to the architecture and technical roadmap of the Martech/AdTech stack.- Ensuring security, compliance, and data quality across integrations and data flows.- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to latency, delivery, and data consistency.- Staying current with industry best practices, tools, and platform capabilities (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, CDPs).- Supporting experimentation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation infrastructure.- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.In addition, the ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:- 8-12 years of experience in software development.- Hands-on experience with AdTech or Martech platforms (DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, tracking tools, etc.).- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.- Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure).- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.It is essential to have the following skills for this role:- Python / Java- REST APIs- SQL- Cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure)- DSP / DMP / CDP- Data pipelines- Tagging / tracking- Git / CI/CDJoin Costco Wholesale India as a Software Engineer 3 and be a part of a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence in developing solutions to enhance member experiences and drive business growth.
