As a Software Engineer - Data Analyst / Developer at Sutherland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) team with smaller change requests and projects. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, performing data analysis, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau, supporting and maintaining BI tools, ensuring data quality and governance standards, and providing end-user support and training when necessary.**Key Responsibilities:**- Understand and document business requirements from stakeholders.- Perform data analysis and profiling to support decision-making.- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations (in Tableau).- Support and maintain BI tools and data refresh processes.- Ensure data quality and governance standards are met.- Provide end-user support and training as needed.**Qualifications Required:**- 4 to 6 years of experience as Data Analyst / Developer.- Experience in data analysis, BI development, or related roles.- Strong SQL skills.- Experience with relational databases and BI tools, especially Tableau.- Ability to design and deliver data models and visualizations.- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Understanding of data governance, cleansing, and metadata management.- Knowledge of applying different techniques for data analysis and synthesis of findings.If you are a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is comfortable working directly with business users, and possess the required qualifications and skills, we look forward to working with you at Sutherland.Please note that the hybrid work model includes in-office presence on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with India shift timings until 11:30 PM IST.
