Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in working with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, convert fit and gap analysis into user requirements, define acceptance criteria, identify appropriate technology tools, and assist in developing solutions within the RapidResponse product team. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and implementing technological solutions based on business requirements to ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Scope business requirements and conduct fit/gap analysis- Draft actionable user requirements and define user acceptance strategies for configurations, design, and implementation in the RapidResponse system- Engage with business stakeholders for approvals, roadshows, and fit & gap analysis evaluations- Create sprint plans and timelines for integration, user acceptance, technical and business go-live- Configure supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design necessary resources- Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure expected results- Update solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations for knowledge transfer- Support data integration with multiple sources and target systems like SAP S/4 HANA- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams in Agile project environments- Define Technical User Stories and prioritize enabler work with Scrum Master and Product OwnerQualifications Required:- 9 to 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT, or related fieldAdditional Details: You should possess strong system knowledge in Kinaxis RapidResponse applications such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MEIO, Capacity Planning, among others. Experience in hands-on RapidResponse systems usage, solution development, planning analytics, and business process design is crucial. Familiarity with sprint-based planning, system architecture models, and certifications in Kinaxis RapidResponse Authoring and Solution Architect are preferred. Soft skills including leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical abilities are essential for success in this role.
