Job Description

As the Scrum Master and Agile delivery leader for Amgens Global Supply Chain Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating, supporting, and guiding teams to deliver business-critical solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading Agile ceremonies, promoting Agile values, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintaining a high level of operational stability.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead all Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) for one or more supply chain-focused product teams.- Foster Agile discipline while maintaining flexibility to meet operational demands.- Utilize tools like Jira, AWS DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile to manage backlogs, track progress, and resolve blockers.- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering continuous improvement and high team morale.- Collaborate with Product Owners to groom and prioritize backlogs addressing supply chain needs.- Ensure adherence to Definition of Done and delivery against Service Level Objectives (SLOs).- Track and report metrics on issue resolution, support trends, and team performance.- Drive Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.- Partner with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and the team to define Technical User Stories and prioritize enabler work.- Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain.- 8 - 13 years of experience in relevant fields.- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification required.- PMP or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Experience with Jira, Confluence, AWS DevOps, or similar tools.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based environments.- Knowledge of sprint-based planning and estimations.- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.This role at Amgen offers the opportunity to lead Agile practices, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of supply chain analytics projects.
