Job Description

    As a Credit Risk Manager at our company, your role involves the following responsibilities:- Appraise, recommend, and approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.- Review delinquent cases and document learnings/portfolio reviews for Risk Management.- Recommend changes to Policy and Process based on local nuances/competitor feedback.- Implement system integration plans.- Monitor Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and keep track of it.- Conduct customer visits for Portfolio Diversification.- Identify process and policy gaps, along with potential risks arising from them.- Propose internal control measures and ensure their implementation to address such gaps.To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:- Experience Range: 1 to 5 Years- Graduate (Any Specialization)- Chartered Accountant (CA)- Master of Business Administration (MBA) We look forward to welcoming a qualified and experienced professional like you to join our team and contribute to our success.
