Role Overview:As a leader in the Supply Chain Compliance technology product teams, you will be responsible for shaping the direction and capabilities that drive positive business outcomes. Your role will involve developing and guiding a highly skilled team focused on delivering cutting-edge technologies. You will play a key role in fostering innovation and excellence within the biotechnology industry, collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless integration and operational success. Your expertise in software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and leadership will be essential in driving key strategic initiatives and achieving high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the Scrum Master for multiple IT product teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.- Lead, manage, and mentor Product Owners and team members to enhance Agile maturity.- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including international locations, to drive value delivery.- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they provide significant value to the teams.- Create a collaborative, transparent, and outcome-driven environment across product teams.- Drive consistent delivery of high-value IT products by managing dependencies and optimizing workflow.- Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with stakeholders to align backlogs with business priorities and track team performance metrics.- Lead Agile transformation initiatives, shaping organizational policies to enhance team effectiveness and scale Agile practices.- Cultivate relationships across IT, business units, and enterprise leadership to align strategy and execution.- Ensure effective communication of key performance metrics and celebrate team achievements.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree with 12 - 17 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field OR Diploma with 14 - 18 years of experience in the relevant field.- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead for at least 5 years.- Experience in managing SAP, SAP OTC, or SCM projects is essential.- Proven ability to lead multiple IT product teams in a scaled Agile environment.- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Additional Company Details:This position may require working a later shift and candidates must be willing to work during evening or night shifts based on business requirements.Amgen is an Equal Opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
