Sr. Manager, Network Supply Planner

Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Network Supply Planning at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and agreement of a feasible Supply Plan for Finished goods (FG), Drug Product (DP), and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in the tactical planning horizon. Your responsibilities will include:- Tactical implementation of Brand Supply Chain strategies and planning assumptions within the supply planning process to ensure seamless supply for patients.- Developing what-if supply scenarios and providing recommendations in response to changes in demand or supply.- Owning the product structure process to ensure demand propagation through the E2E network in BMS planning and execution systems.- Driving the monthly FG/DP/API network planning process for assigned brands, managing deviations and communicating effectively.- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the Global Product Supply network.- Leading cross-functional sub-teams to align plans, scenarios, and drive solutions for specified business deliverables, events, or situations.In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and rapid decision-making skills. Your ability to negotiate and influence in complex situations, along with your proficiency in a rapidly changing cross-cultural environment, will be essential for success in this role.Qualifications and desired experience for this role include:- Undergraduate Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Life Sciences. Advanced degree, diploma, or certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CIPM / CSCP certification) strongly preferred.- 5 to 7 years of Supply Chain experience in a reputed, global or multi-plant Pharmaceutical or Consumer Product company.- Experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably SAP ECC and Kinaxis Rapid Response).- Good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory requirements, and experience in working internationally in a fast-paced pharmaceutical or consumer company.If this role intrigues you, even if it doesnt perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply.
