Sr. Specialist, DD&IT IM Data Analyst

Job Description

As a Sr Specialist Data Analyst in the DDIT US&I - Data, Analytics, and Insights team at Novartis, located in Hyderabad, India, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the modernization of the data ecosystem and deliver data-driven products to countries and core brand teams to enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:- Engaging with business representatives to develop business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations- Creating consistency and traceability between D&A Products requirements, specifications, and testing & validation- Supporting validation and testing to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies- Collaborating on internal IT systems and documentation requirements, regulatory environments, and industry standard methodologies- Leading detailed design, development, and delivery of Data & Analytics solutions for projects in alignment with defined solution architecture- Ensuring designs adhere to architectural roadmap and support software/service development, execution, and operations- Taking accountability to ensure consistency with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scopeIn addition to the above responsibilities, you will bring the following qualifications to the role:- Achieved targets in enterprise case contribution, critical metrics, customer satisfaction, and innovation measures- Deployment of digital platforms and services at scale in line with the digital strategy- Experience in business process documentation, change management, and effective communication- Data product-centric approach to defining solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders- Agile delivery experience handling multiple concurrent delivery cyclesDesirable qualifications include:- University degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or significant work experience in related areas- 7 years of hands-on experience in Relationship Management, Leveraging digital Technology/Big Data, and Multi-national global experience- Strong understanding of MLOps and product life cycle management- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry/domain is a plusNovartis is committed to building an inclusive work environment and diverse teams to better serve patients and communities.
