Job Description

    **Role Overview:**As a member of our team at Creditsafe, you will be playing a crucial role in improving the support experience for our API customers. Your main focus will be to provide Level 3 technical support to Product Support and UK Solutions teams for the Connect API Product. By leveraging your expertise in .NET backend (C#, .NET Core, WebAPI, MVC) and frontend (React/AngularJS), you will troubleshoot and resolve technical queries, coach team members on effective troubleshooting techniques, manage customer expectations, and ensure key SLAs are consistently met. Additionally, you will become a product expert on the Connect API Product, develop and maintain documentation, design automation solutions, and collaborate with API development teams to resolve complex queries.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide Level 3 technical support for the Connect API Product to Product Support and UK Solutions teams.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries using expertise in .NET backend and frontend technologies.- Coach team members on effective troubleshooting techniques and best practices.- Manage customer expectations and ensure key SLAs are consistently met.- Become a product expert on the Connect API Product to resolve queries raised by internal or external users.- Develop and maintain documentation (FAQs, How-Tos, troubleshooting guides) to aid support teams and customers.- Design and deliver automation solutions using .NET, Python, and AWS services to streamline customer support tasks.- Collaborate with API development teams to stay updated with ongoing development work and resolve complex queries.**Qualifications Required:**- Programming experience in languages such as C#, Python, or Node.js.- Track record of troubleshooting and resolving issues in live production environments.- Proficiency with REST clients like Postman for API testing and debugging.- Experience in a technical operations support role.- Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch/X-Ray Analysis and CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps.- Experience with repositories like GIT and integrating with RESTful APIs.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Initiative-taking, creativity, and high standards in solution development.(Note: Benefits and additional company details are not included in the provided job description) **Role Overview:**As a member of our team at Creditsafe, you will be playing a crucial role in improving the support experience for our API customers.
