Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at New Relic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each applicant has a world-class experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, acting as a brand ambassador and embodying the companys values in all interactions. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews and enhancing the overall candidate experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule phone and video interviews in a fast-paced environment- Correspond with candidates through Zoom, email, or phone to address their inquiries and assist them through the interview process- Host candidates during virtual interviews, providing insight into the company culture and guiding them through organized schedules- Post open positions on external job boards as needed- Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the scheduling process- Collaborate with the PeopleOps team on initiatives to improve the candidate journey- Support recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event requirements**Qualifications Required:**- At least 6 months of experience in recruiting or a related field- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively- Comfortable with last-minute changes and able to navigate shifting priorities- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions both independently and collaboratively- Excellent communication skills with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate tact**Bonus Points for:**- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience- Previous experience in scheduling and calendar management- Familiarity with Mac OS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Google SuiteNew Relic is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and respected for their unique backgrounds and perspectives.
