Job Description

    As a R&S Technical Account Manager, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Responsible for handling all technical problems and providing proactive solutions.- Planning and executing project migrations/implementations within specified time frames, following a complete project lifecycle.- Staging, testing, and planning activities related to network configurations.- Designing templates for configuration management purposes.- Coordinating with field engineers for end-branch implementations.- Ensuring compliance with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) planning and execution.- Managing a technical team to deliver high-quality services.- Maintaining uptime and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the network infrastructure.- Designing and implementing solutions at an architectural level.- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.Qualifications required for this role include:- Minimum CCNP certification is a must, CCIE certification is preferred.- Hands-on experience in Routing and Switching (R&S), Core Network Devices, ACI, FTD, SDWAN, and Firewalls such as FortiGate, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto.- Experience working with Load Balancers.- Total experience of 10 to 15 years, with a minimum of 8 years specifically in Data Center core network operations.If there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please share the same.
