Job Description

    Position: Technical Site ManagerLocation:TelanganaExperience: Minimum of 15-20 years in the real estate and construction industryEducational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil EngineeringKey Responsibilities
    • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
    • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and support to site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
    • Site Supervision: Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms.
    • Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
    • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of construction activities, preparing detailed reports and addressing any delays or challenges.
    • Resource Management: Efficiently manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site, optimizing resource utilization for maximum productivity.
    • Budget Management: Oversee project costs, control expenditures, and recommend measures to mitigate risks or cost overruns.
    • Quality Control: Ensure the implementation of quality control processes to meet the project specifications and standards.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and approvals.
    Key Skills & Requirements:
    • Proven expertise in managing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and relevant engineering codes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
    • In-depth understanding of construction project timelines, budgeting, and resource management.
