    Job DescriptionAs a Territory Manager in Mumbai for the Retail Banking unit, your primary responsibility will be to source loans from the market by utilizing DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners. You will be tasked with establishing a quality portfolio, managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and communicating effectively across various mediums. Your role will also involve ensuring adherence to set policies and guidelines, with a focus on both supporting sales and mitigating risks to contribute to the banks overall objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Source and manage channels from the market to acquire business- Minimize delinquency and rejection to maintain a quality portfolio- Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends- Identify changing market trends, develop channels for acquiring business, and deliver high-quality customer service- Recommend process and policy improvements across Retail Banking to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service qualityQualification Required:- Graduate in any field- Post Graduate in any fieldExperience:- Minimum of 2 to 7 years in sales within the BFSI industry(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
