As a Transfer Agency - Deputy Manager at Coforge, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and administration servicing for the hedge and private equity funds assigned to our clients. Your minimum 7 years of experience in the fund services industry, with alternative investment experience being a plus, will be invaluable in overseeing the onboarding of investors into our clients funds. Your attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate input of data points and documentation during the subscription process.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the onboarding of investors into hedge and private equity funds- Review and verify all relevant data points in the contact management system for investor reporting- Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures during investor transactions review- Monitor clients bank accounts for investor wire activity daily- Generate and reconcile investor reporting, such as investor capital statements- Correspond with investment managers and investors regarding inquiries and reporting- Conduct performance appraisals, one-on-ones, career pathing, and training for the team- Attend professional development sessions to acquire tools for process improvement- Partner with a diverse team and contribute to career growth- Identify and resolve potential problems, escalate when necessary- Train analysts on Excel concepts and maintain proficiency in Excel- Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and drive to meet client deliverables- Communicate effectively through email and phone with clients and service providers- Broaden knowledge of the financial services industry through continuous learning- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs- Maintain a positive and collegial approach in team environments- Demonstrate curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail in problem-solving and process improvementQualifications Required:- Minimum 7 years of experience in the fund services industry- Experience in alternative investments is a plus- Proficiency in Excel and ability to train others on Excel concepts- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong customer service skills- Attention-to-detail and ability to maintain quality and accuracy- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsJoin Coforge as a Transfer Agency - Deputy Manager and contribute to providing top-notch service to our clients in the hedge and private equity funds sector.
