Vice President, Scrum Master, Consumer Banking & Core Engine

Job Description

Role Overview:You will be serving as a Scrum Master, guiding, coaching, and mentoring up to three Agile teams to support Digital Banks Mobile/Internet Banking applications for Regional Markets. Your key responsibilities will include handling Mobile/Internet Banking Projects for the Digital Bank program across releases and businesses for the assigned domain. You will facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc. Additionally, you will support the Product Owner to ensure that Agile artifacts used by the team are healthy and up-to-date. It will be your accountability to keep JIRA updated with the current status to reflect the correct status in the reports generated using Dashboards. You will also be responsible for cross-team reporting to the Program Manager, tracking impediments closely, and ensuring their closure. Furthermore, you will track, monitor, and report project progress, and work with each Scrum team to institute the Agile framework that best fits team activities. Foster trust and collaboration across all team members, making it safe to challenge, experiment, and fail without fear.
