Job Description

    Role Overview:You will participate in low to moderately complex Wealth Underwriting initiatives in support of high-net-worth portfolio management. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the scope of your responsibilities. Review, analyze, and evaluate borrower financial data for basic high-net-worth client loans that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to determine credit worthiness. Exercise independent judgment to monitor the existing portfolio and identify medium risk issues. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise of Wealth Underwriting functional area policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements. Develop a basic understanding of Lending policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements for Wealth Investment Management client mortgages as needed.
