Job Description

Role Overview:As a Workday Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment. Your role will involve optimizing financial systems, leading strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze business requirements, and design end-to-end solution architectures that prioritize scalability, performance, and security. Additionally, you will provide expert-level support in Workday configuration, optimization, and customization, while guiding development teams and enforcing adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.- Design end-to-end solution architectures prioritizing scalability, performance, and security.- Provide expert-level support in Workday configuration, optimization, and customization.- Guide development teams, enforcing adherence to architectural standards and best practices.- Stay up to date on Workday product enhancements and industry best practices.- Design Workday-based solutions adhering to coding standards, governance, and architectural best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.- Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.- In-depth knowledge of Workdays security framework and business process configuration.- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.- Workday certifications are required.
