Role Overview:As a Workforce Services Specialist at Accenture, you will be leading a team of Content Moderators within the Trust and Safety offering. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. You will also be investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Its important to note that this role may expose you to potentially sensitive content, requiring strong resilience and coping skills. Additionally, as an AWS Reporting Lead, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and managing advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using AWS cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver complex reporting solutions, including scheduled and ad hoc reports tailored to business needs.- Build and optimize dashboards and reporting tools using AWS cloud-based solutions, specifically QuickSight.- Utilize SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight to create impactful reports and dashboards.- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for operational metrics, reporting standards, and AWS-based reporting frameworks.- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Operations Managers, Workforce Management, and PMO teams, to gather requirements and deliver insights.- Provide forecasting, anomaly detection, and actionable insights using AWS capabilities, including machine learning tools.- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.Qualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 7 to 11 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, or Data Analytics- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis- Expertise in AWS cloud technologies, including QuickSight for dashboard creation- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight- Strong understanding of programming concepts (e.g., JSON, Macros) and automation techniques- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint- Experience in leveraging AWS capabilities for forecasting, anomaly detection, and machine learning- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments- Commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes to drive strategic outcomes- Ability to document and maintain process-related materials- Skilled in summarizing and presenting insights from ad hoc data requests to support management, operations, and quality teams- Detail-oriented with the ability to validate and verify data accuracy(Note: The additional details about Accenture have been omitted as they were not relevant to the job description.)
