Job Description

    As a Designer at Stellar Global, a premier office furniture manufacturer with over 33 years of experience in exporting ergonomic chairs, desks, workstations, and storage solutions worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of innovative products aligned with market trends and customer needs.You will be responsible for creating ergonomic, functional, and visually appealing furniture designs, from concept sketches to digital visuals, and selecting materials, colors, and finishes that meet design objectives. Your role will involve building mock-ups or prototypes for review and refinement, ensuring material feasibility and production readiness of designs.In this position, you will prepare precise technical drawings using AutoCAD and Photoshop, create 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp, Blender, 3DS MAX, or MAYA, and develop spec sheets in coordination with engineering and production teams. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors to align on materials and timelines, supporting sample development and review for accuracy and quality.Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will present design concepts through impactful visual storytelling, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback, and maintain clear design documentation and project updates. You will also drive creativity while balancing practicality and cost-efficiency, manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines, and take end-to-end ownership of design outcomes.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Product Design, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in furniture/product design.
