Job Description

As a QA Engineer (Manual Tester) at our company, your role will involve performing comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will design, document, and execute detailed test cases, collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams, identify and track bugs, conduct API testing, review UI/UX designs, and maintain detailed test reports and documentation. Additionally, you will participate in sprint meetings, providing feedback on user stories and acceptance criteria.Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications- Design, document, and execute detailed test cases- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards- Identify, record, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello- Conduct API testing using Postman to validate endpoints- Review and validate UI/UX designs in Figma- Maintain detailed test reports, checklists, and documentation in Excel and MS Office tools- Participate in sprint meetings, providing feedback on user stories and acceptance criteriaQualifications Required:- 6 months to 3 years of experience in manual software testing- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman- Strong knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, Confluence, and Trello- Proficiency in documentation and reporting using Excel and MS Office- Basic familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetIn addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
